Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be provided with a Store Credit and please be aware that we do not offer refunds. We charge a fee of ₹90 for Return and reverse logistics. However for the missing product & damaged product, you have to report us within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us on 9879101861. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange :
Please be advised that this exchange is valid only for 3 days post delivery.
Products may be exchanged as long as they are new, unopened, and still in their original packing and tags. We charge a fee of ₹90 for exchanges and reverse logistics. Regarding the exchange, you may contact us on WhatsApp for further information.

- We require an opening or unboxing recording video of products. This video must clearly show the packaging being opened and items is defective.
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery. If you are Receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged
We retain the right to deny the return of the Product if Lakshri Jewels deems that it does not meet any of the aforementioned parameters.
Damage Policy :
However if a product is defective during manufacture or shipping, a replacement will be provided to you. You may contact us withing 24 Hours of receiving.
Note : We do not offer refund for Damage Products only Replacement will be arranged.
Exceptions
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Items damaged or altered by the customer are non-returnable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Please note that if customer has size problem, then it's not our responsibility to return or refund any product. So buy products only after check the size of product.
Return Procedure

2. Assessment: Our team will review the video to verify the defect and determine the appropriate course of action.
3. Return Authorization: If the defect is confirmed, the team will respond to the complaint query within 2- 5 working days and get in touch with you.
Note : We do not offer refund for Damage Products only Replacement will be arranged.
Cancellation
For all COD & Prepaid orders, please note once orders are shipped we won’t be able to cancel.
For prepaid orders , we will provide Gift card ( Please note that we do not offer Bank Refund )
